Kajian menunjukkan tidur nyenyak yang mencukupi pada waktu malam amat penting untuk kecergasan fizikal dan kecerdasan mental manusia.

Tetapi kini, masalah masa tidur yang tidak mencukupi dan tidak berkualiti semakin meningkat dikalangan masyarakat.

Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa daripada kekurangan waktu tidur yang berkualiti ini menyebabkan 1 daripada 10 orang mengalami masalah lemah tenaga yang berpanjangan.
